Affordable Long-Term Solution – Upon completion of the Trainer Certification, your credit union is licensed to continuously train all of your employees in the MAP program, including new hires. The three-year license agreement (renewable annually thereafter) is based on your credit union’s asset size.  Your first-year license fee is included with your Trainer Certification registration.  Following the first year, license fees are billable annually.  View license agreement.

Four days of intense, riveting learning to make you a pro back home!  That’s what you can expect from participating in our MAP Trainer Certification Boot Camp.  Whether you’re a novice trainer or have substantial expertise, this rewarding but demanding program covers everything you’ll need to successfully train your entire staff in Member Advocacy Pathways (MAP)™.

 

Experience in-depth opportunities to learn and practice (with feedback) how to train employees in each of the MAP modules.

 

Gain effective trainer skills designed to engage participants’ thinking, contributions, and retention.
