The Oasis is an ideal space for supporting group interaction, effective communication and creative thinking. Our staff is ready to provide the support needed to create a productive and revitalizing experience.

The comfortable meeting room can be configured to meet your group’s needs—from discussions around a table, to group work in a circle, to open space for movement.

Standard audiovisual equipment is available and includes an LCD projector and screen, VCR/TV, flip charts, and a recording/sound system. Delicious meals and refreshments can be provided or you can bring your own.

During breaks, lunch or after your meeting, kick back and relax on our large deck overlooking the calm waters of Lake Serenity. Treat your group to a barbeque or picnic. Stroll through 15 acres of woods and prairie, enjoying wildlife and their natural habitat. Relax in the hammock or enjoy canoeing on our lake.

Overnight accommodations for groups are available at several nearby motels in historic Stillwater, which we can arrange for you. And our camping facilities can accommodate up to 25 tents during warmer weather.
